职位概要:负责纸塑新项目工艺部分的初步方案设计、预算编制、供应商审核、标书编制、施工管理、调试优化等工作，并为工厂当前生产管理提供支持。

工作内容:

1、 纸塑新项目初步方案设计，流程图、布置图规划，设备选型。

2、 项目初步预算编制，标书编制。

3、 项目施工管理，调试开机指导。

4、 新产品的工艺开发，导入，完善，并形成工艺文件。

5、 针对不同产品类型建立最优工艺参数标准，后期工艺优化。

任职资格:

教育背景:1.1 学历：大专及以上

1.2 职称：无

1.3 专业：造纸/机械/自动化等相关专业

培训经历:1.4了解国家、本地劳动法律、法规及相关政策；

1.5熟悉企业基础管理知识、熟练掌握纸塑生产工艺及相关设备参数；

1.6 具备较强的沟通协调能力、分析判断能力；专业经验:

1.7专业工作经验：5年以上造纸、印刷、包装、纸塑、模具等行业相关工作经验。有一定的工艺设计能力。

1.8相关职位经验：3年以上纸塑行业工艺技术员/工程师工作经验
