Roles & Responsibilities  

 Identify, develop and realize sales opportunities in electric vehicle battery module/pack from battery makers, Tiers and automotive OEMs

 Maintain and develop close relationship with key accounts to achieve annual new business/customer development objectives in the area

 Analyse and understand the target markets trend, buying centre / decision making processes with effective implementation

 Close communication with Customer Technical Development Team to provide customer sufficient technical solution as well as technology expertise know how

 Provide effective and adequate technical intelligence to R&D for new product development

üProvide business intelligence from customers and work closely with marketing manager to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy

 Experience & Competencies 

 At least 5 years working experience in battery related business (cell, module/pack), additional working experience within  electric vehicle/electrification industry will be a plus.

 Very good commercial business relationship and customer intimacy spirit in traction battery industry

 In-depth understanding and knowledge in polymer science

 Ability to manage and close development programs

 Ability to work in a global team

 Outstanding communication skills

 Willing to travel frequently

 Education  

 Minimum Bachelor Degree, Science/Engineering Degree in Polymer science or electrochmestry

 Languages 

 Fluent in English
