Responsibilities:

This position is seeking for professionals for product development on metallization paste and related new products for photovoltaics through internal global collaboration and external partnership. He/She is responsible for new product development to expand product and market opportunities.

?Lead to develop differentiated and proprietary metallization paste products to provide higher solar cell/module efficiency and achieve product commercialization

?Identify new innovation opportunities and develop new technology in full alignment with business goal

?Track the latest technology both from industries and from academia

?Build strong project team and leverage expertise and capabilities from inside and outside of the company; Balance short, medium and long-term objectives to deliver results

?Provide program direction and technology knowledge to coach less experienced colleagues

Qualifications:

         

?Ph.D in Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Ceramic Materials, Materials Science and Engineering or related Chemistry field.

?5+ yrs of industrial R&D experience in Electronic Materials development.

?R&D experience on electronic material (adhesive/paste) formulation or coating formulation is a plus.

?Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English

?Strong self-motivation, faster learner

?Excellent interpersonal and team working skills are essential, demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
