岗位职责：

? Main projects’ overall design, plan and evaluation, including those related to environmental protection, safety, technology, production volume etc.)
1、 公司主要项目（涉及环保、安全、技术、产能等）的总体设计、规划和评估;
? Government technological improvement projects’ application and following up.
2、 政府技术改进项目的申报与跟进；
? New Product development and new equipment introduction.
3、新产品开发和新设备的引进；
? Big and difficult technical and quality issues’ analysis and solution.
4、技术与质量重大及疑难问题的原因分析和解决；
? Metso internal and external technical and experience leaning and sharing
5、 美卓内部业务关联部门以及外部同行的技术和经验交流；
? Industry association news and polies’ following, analysis and internal sharing.
6、行业协会动态和政策的跟进与解读及内部分享;
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor and company per business development needs.
7． 根据业务发展的需要上级和公司安排的其他任务。

岗位要求：
? Bachelor and above 大学本科及以上；
? 8 above years’ of working experience in relative position 铸造厂8年以上相关岗位工作经验；
? Familiar with office, CAD, Solid Work, UG, Inventor 熟悉 Office, CAD, Solid Work, UG, Inventor等；
? English speaker preferable 英语熟练者优先
? Factory, product and equipment knowledge 工厂、产品与设备知识
        Market and industry knowledge 市场及行业知识
? Operational and technical support 运营和技术支持能力
? Communication and problem solving 沟通和解决问题能力
? Business and financial acumen 商业与财务敏感度
