工作职责:

1. 通过电话、邮件和韩国地区客户沟通，解答产品相关问题。

2. 处理韩国客户订单，并与客人，全球供应商以及航空公司沟通确保客人顺利出行。

3. 处理订单各类售后问题（航班变动，退票，改签，增值服务等）。

4. 能处理一些简单投诉，收集和整理客户的反馈信息，提出提升客户服务水平、减少投诉的建设性意见。

5. 能用韩语通过电话，邮件与客户进行自由沟通，用词准确，表达清晰。

6. 具有良好的服务意识和敬业精神，能够适应翻班制，具有高度责任感，良好的沟通协调及表达能力，具有团队合作精神。

? Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns in Korean via phone, chat, or email;

? Communicate effectively with customers, showing empathy and patience;

? Work as a part of a high-performing team, supporting and helping colleagues and your Team Lead as required;

? Advocate the Trip.com culture both internally and externally;

? Assist with ad hoc projects assigned by Team Leads / Supervisors.

任职资格:

1.大专或本科学历，良好的韩语听说读写能力，语言表达能力强；

2.工作认真负责，细心，耐心，具有良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神；

3.具有良好的沟通能力与协调能力，熟练操作常用办公软件；

4.优秀的心理素质和抗压能力，自信开朗乐观，有耐心，乐于助人，能适应快节奏高效率的工作环境；

5.能够接受夜班。

? Proficiency in both verbal and written Korean; fluency in either English or Chinese will be necessary

? Have a passion for helping and supporting others. You gain a sense of fulfilment from saving someone’s day;

? Able to work in shifts (morning, day, afternoon, and night), as well as during weekends and public holidays;

? Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.);

? Positive and forward-thinking attitude, with a diligent and result-orientated approach to work.
