2、根据市场需求和潮流变化，进行每季的产品设计，完成产品开发设计工作；
3、根据公司整体进度安排，跟踪样品制作，并对样品进行确认；
4、负责产品款式图的开发，打样跟进，每季款式尺寸的修改和补充；
5、做好产品创新与成本控制的结合，从设计角度适当考虑产品生产。
职位要求：
1、专科以上学历，服装纺织设计类专业.
2、有一定的女装设计经验，具有优秀的开发设计能力；
3、对服装市场发展趋势具有独到见解，创新能力强；
4、工作细致负责、具有高度的敬业精神和团队协作精神；
5、有知名服装企业相关工作经验优先。
