岗位职责：
1.建立健全适合公司发展的财务管理体系和各项财务管理制度。
2.对财务部门的日常管理，年度预算，资金运作等进行总体控制。
3.主持财务报表及财务决算的编制工作，为公司决策提供及时有效的财务分析。
4.对公司税收进行整体筹划与管理。
5.参与公司重要事项的分析和决策。
6.分析公司财务信息，提出有针对性、可操作性的财务建议。
7.上级交付的其他工作。

资历要求
1.大中型企业财务工作经验至少3年以上。
2.具有丰富的财务处理及财务管理经验。
3.熟悉国家金融政策，精通财税法律法规。
4.较强的成本管理，风险控制和财务分析能力。
5.诚实、敬业，具有良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受较大的工作压力。
