职位描述
Location: Guangzhou
Responsibility
1. To manage Guangdong Branch Underwriting Department, responsible for department
direction setting
2. Direct all underwrite applications and activities for business growth and porfolio
profitability
3. Evaluate underwrite applications according to business standards in a timely manner
4. Evaluate information as necessary and provide recommendation to make sound
decisions on business or product development
5. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries as required.
6. Assist General Manager of Guangdong Branch to improve internal work process &
effectiveness to utmost the customer satisfaction.
7. Hires, trains and supervise team members.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, with at least 8 years experiences in relevant technical area and
at least 3 year managerial experiences. Marine underwriting experience is preferable.
2. Expertise in underwriting technical area and strong knowledge on products and strong
sense of risk management.
3. Preferable experience in marketing, distribution and/or operations.
4. Proven success in product design, pricing, underwriting result.
5. Proven success in balancing the business growth and acceptable exposure to risk.
6. Good English reading, writing and speaking capability.

2. 严格执行公司核保政策，巩固现有业务，并开拓新业务
3. 按照公司核保政策建立和维护文档
4. 指导下级核保人员进行日常业务的审核
5. 协助广东分公司总经理制定和完善分公司核保业务流程、规则及制度，推动业务的高效运转
6. 根据市场需求，开发新保险产品或更新现有的保险产品
7. 招聘、培训和管理下属
职位要求
1. 大学本科及以上学历
2. 8 年或以上核保相关工作经验，其中3 年或以上团队管理经验，优先考虑有船舶险、货运险
核保经验的候选人
3. 良好的沟通和待人接物技巧
4. 普通话，以及熟练的英语听、说、写的能力
5. 熟悉计算机软件操作
6. 目标明确，注重细节
7. 能在压力下积极主动工作
