职位描述:
Position Purpose
应对新产品开发、旧产品改造和工艺流程改善的需要设计、改造模具、夹具，确保模具、夹具完全满足产品质量和生产、工艺的要求，模具正常运转率达到或超过设定的目标/Refer to develop new product, modify existing product and improve manufacturing process, design and modify tool and fixture to ensure tool and fixture meeting with the requirements of product quality and manufacturing process, at the same time, tool down-time less than desired down rate

Major Responsibilities
☆ 协助产品设计人员设计、改装产品，特别是针对锻压模具和锻压工艺提出合理化建议/Assist product design engineer to design and modify product, put forward suggestions especially on forge tool and forging manufacturing process;
☆ 根据产品图纸、技术规范等要求设计开发模具、治具，确保模具、治具完全满足产品性能、生产工艺的要求/Design and develop tool and fixture based on product drawing, technical specifications and so on to ensure tool and fixture fully meet with the requirements of product and manufacturing process;
☆ 评估模具供应商的能力，包括满足模具质量的能力、最短的交付时间的能力等，与采购部一起选择、确定供应商/Survey forge tool supplier capacity including tool quality, capacity, lead time and so on, work together with purchase to choose supplier;
☆ 督导模具的制造过程，确保模具材料的选择、模具精度、粗糙度等完全满足产品和制造工艺的需要。同时，控制模具成本在预算内/Supervise tool manufacturing process to ensure tool material, precision, surface roughness and so on fully meet with the requirements of product and manufacturing process;
☆ 评估模具的能力与稳定性，如Cpk, FMEA报告/Evaluate tool capability and stability, for example Cpk and FMEA ;
☆ 改善/改造锻压生产工艺/Improve or modify forge manufacturing process;
☆ 其它指定的工作/Other assigned work

Requirements
Qualifications: 本科或以上学历，模具设计专业/BS degree, major in Mould Design
Experience: 3年或以上锻压模具设计经验(其它模具设计经验不适合岗位要求)，有锻压生产经验将优先考虑/Over 3 years of working experience in forge tool design, forge production experience will be preferred, (experience in other mold designing is irrelevant.)

Professional/ Specific Skills (management, technical, etc):
☆ 对模具构造有很好的认识，能根据产品材料特性和技术要求设计、选择针对性的模具结构/Know well tool structure, design and choose optimum tool structure according to product material and technical specifications;
☆ 对模具材料有很好认识，能根据不同产品材料和产品特性选择针对性的模具材料，特别是锻压模口/know well the material of making tool, choose optimum tool material according to product material and technical specifications especially for forging edge;
☆ 了解一般热处理工艺，能根据对模具特别是模口要求的硬度、韧性等选择合适的热处理工艺/Know normal heat treatment process, choose optimum heating treatment process according the required hardness, toughnss about tool especially for forging edge;
☆ 能根据产品的技术规范和特性要求来设计、控制对模具加工精度、组装精度、表面粗糙度等方面的要求/Design and control tool maching precision, assembly precision, surface roughness and so on according to product technical specifications and requirements;
☆ 熟悉国内外关于锻压模具的技术标准和规范，并在设计时参照使用。根据正在使用的或可能购买的锻压机设计、选择适当的安装方案以使模具在最佳状态下工作/Familiar with forge tool technical specifications and regulations of home and oversea, and adopt the specifications and regulations to design. Based on current used or potential purchased forge machine, design and choose optimum tool installation solution to ensure tool working on possible best condition;
☆ 了解锻压机及附属设备原理并熟悉其基本操作/Know forge machine and associated equipment how work, and know the basic operation of the equipment;
☆ 熟练使用绘图工具如Pro-E和AutoCAD/Familiar with drawing tool for example Pro-E and AutoCAD;
☆ 知道如何选择相关的测量设备来测量模具和产品，并会使用相关量具/Know how to use correct measuring instrument to measure tool and product;
