? Develop and manage the KA customers of Realty and Cabinet area in South China, to keep in close touch with KA customers and follow up the business. Plan and complete the related job arrangement to accomplish the business objectives independently.
对辖区内大型房地产和橱柜大客户业务的拓展和管理，保持与大客户各级网络的业务跟进，规划并完成大客户业务工作安排，独立完成市场工作目标；

? In charge of the marketing promotion of surface production and business development in appointed region, to improve the market share and get deeper brand popularity steadily.
负责指定地区实体面材产品的推广及拓展销售业务，稳步提高市场占有率和品牌知名度；

? Work out a general sales plan and carry it though.
制定全面的营销及业务拓展计划并负责贯彻实施；

? Maintain the friendly cooperation relationship with realty developer,design institutes and construction units,to supply some value-added service for them depending on their requirement in time,such as production, technical support and training,etc.
维护并保持与开发商、设计单位、施工单位的良好合作关系，理解客户需求并及时提供相应的产品及技术支持、组织培训等增值服务；

? Assist Line Manager to accomplish annual sales target,KA customers visitation, sales data analysis and monthly report etc.
协助直接上司完成年度销售指标、重点客户拜访、营销分析、月度报表等工作。
