职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1.Work as a strategic partner of key business function in identifying legal risk and proactively managing legal issues in support of business strategy, especially in the challenging external environment nowadays.

2.Provide commercial, corporate and strategic support for business activities of the responsible functions, including new product launch, IP advice in liaise with global/region team, food safety advice, commercial claim compliance, investment transactions, restructure project etc.

3. Acts as an internal advisor in response to all legal policy, process inquiry and work closely with global and region team. Internally develops networks and strategies throughout support functions and levels to influence, convince and drive legal compliance initiatives.

4. Monitor and propose action in relation to legislative and other legal changes affecting the business with a view to mitigating threats and creating opportunities. Develop local legal training program and annual calendar with proper addressing key risk area and alignment with management team.

5.In cooperation with global and regional LCD to work on global/regional programs/projects and provide insights and advice to refine global/regional programs and initiatives. Work in global legal projects as required.

Requirements:

Strategic planning and policy development

Significant experience with category model, labor law, corporate and investment matters, functioning as a corporate generalist.

Ability to interact and communicate effectively at a local, regional and global level

Strong ability to conduct risk analysis assessments

Highest level of integrity and trust; highly credible and willing to express opinions.

Good communication skills and comfort around higher management.

High level of written and verbal communication skills.

Strong ability to deal with paradox and ambiguity.
