岗位职责
     1.The Job Role Mastery Programs – Program Manager (JRE-PM) is primarily responsible for leading the development and deployment of enablement models for one or more Job Roles. An enablement,
model is established to develop critical business skills in its practitioners with a focus on direct business impact. Examples of Job Roles are: Team Leaders, Operations Managers, Delivery Leaders,
Transition Managers, Sales Practitioners, Solution Architects, Project Executives, and Market Development. Job Roles can change over time.
    
      2.Duties include forming and facilitating Stakeholder Governance Boards that provide guidance for the development of their job role, and being an advocate for the community’s development needs.
          In this job role, the employee must grasp new concepts quickly and be able to be proficient on the tools and processes used by Global Learning and Development to carry on their daily tasks. The
          employee must also be able to work with employees at all levels of the company and be able to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely to both practitioners and executives.
     
      3.To successfully lead these activities, JRE-PMs requires strong project management abilities, be able to work independently and with minimum supervision, and be a strong team player across national
          boundaries and departments. They have to be willing to innovate, take on new challenges and collaborate reaching out beyond fixed boundaries. They will also need to track and report metrics, track
          and report results on a recurrent basis, and be able to create value to the community they serve.
      
      4.More specifically, at the core of the development and implementation of a job role enablement model these are actions that the JRE-PM will lead or at the least heavily contribute to:
         Definition, consensus and deployment across business lines of:
         1)Job role definitions including Capabilities/Competencies
         2)Career path definitions
         3)Definition and/or modification of learning roadmaps
         4)Learning Content High level design
         5)Coordination of development and assessments of learning content by Subject Matter Experts
         6)Assess and recommend course of action for improvement on all elements Collaboration tools and environments
         7)Community efforts
         8)Mastery / certification programs
         9)Dashboard design and reporting

      1.Demonstrated leadership in training standards/operations development and implementation
      2. Recognized as subject matter expert/thought leader in training
      3.Solid Interpersonal & communications skills
      4. Understanding of Concentrix’s Professional roles and processes desired (vg Transition Management, Delivery Management, Solutioning , Sales)
      5.Technical proficiency & independence, and ability to learn new concepts, in:
          (1)Desktop tool suite (MS Office)
          (2)Learning management systems (Concentrix University Learning Portal)
          (3)Community Forums/Websites/Rooms
          (4)Web 2.0 tools & environments
          (5)Collaboration tools
      6. Ability to multitask
      7.Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
      8.Ability to excel in a constantly evolving environment
      9.Ability to work with a global virtual team through different time zones and cultures.
      10.Strong Scheduling, Facilitation & Communication skills
      11.Understanding of project management methodologies. Good PM experience desired.
      12.Ability to effectively coordinate and interface with team members and managers from different disciplines and cultures
      13.Strong problem solving & planning skills
      14.Professional oral and written communication skills
      15.Self-motivated, strong team player
      16.Ability to influence decision-makers
      17.Must be able to resolve problems with accuracy and expediency
      18.Understanding of the BPO business and the critical roles that are part of it in Concentrix desired.
      19.Ability to build strong communities and to leverage Web 2.0 approaches to drive quality learning solutions
      20.Good understanding of Concentrix's learning approach/strategy and education offered by Concentrix Learning & Development
      21.Having successfully performed the Learning Consultant position is a great asset for this role.
      22. Results Oriented with a track record of fulfilling commitments
