职位描述：
Key Objective
The COPC Compliance Manager role utilizes strong professional knowledge and experience to provide expert advice to COPC OPS Standard implementation and certification readiness. The role requires a combination of consulting and auditing approach in order to achieve the required compliance to all respective entities throughout the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities
1) To review existing process approach & assess development strengths in relation to the performance output.
2) Perform audits in order to perform gap analysis with regards to compliance on the standard.
3) Find improvement opportunities based on framework review that have direct impact on customer, business & employees.
4) Understanding the respective client/organization/business objectives and environment, provide custom recommendations that allows process improvement beyond the pre-set thoughts.
5) Conduct regular structured support meetings to provide essential support to close the gaps and achieve compliance to the standard.
6) To perform Table F review and analysis on performance measurements to drive necessary action plans and performance is not meeting target or not showing sustained improvements.
7) Guides teams with a structured approach on problem solving and continuous improvement especially with complex problems.
8) Conduct monthly & quarterly ACME activity testing to ensure that all activities are being performed as per the CSP Standard.
9) Conduct COPC Framework reviews on annual basis to review the COPC Standard readiness.
10) Provides recommendations affecting achievement of business goals or objectives established.
11) Support the sites during COPC audit in order to achieve maximum results.
12) Drive process improvement by driving compliance in approach & deployment in various processes.
13) Conduct structured management trainings in a classroom setting.
14) Actively contribute to the development of process documentation in accordance with ACME framework.
15) Ensure the management & organization of all artifacts to support the compliance requirement on the standard.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for COPC Compliance Manager role, the applicant must meet the following minimum requirements:
1) At least 6 years in the contact center industry
2) At least 4 years in a supervisory role
3) Be prepared to travel at least a minimum of 50% in a year (2 Weeks in a month)
4) Ability to work with flexible hours to support various geographies & time-zones
5) Prior understanding of COPC Standard is preferred however not required
6) Exceptional MS Office skills including the ability to work on large spreadsheets and be hands-on with data & analysis

To be successful in a COPC Compliance Manager role, the applicant must have meet the following skills:
1) Strong industry acumen with expert knowledge in operations.
2) Strong attention to detail and ability to read trends.
3) Demonstrate good written and oral communications.
4) Demonstrate ability to articulate and compare alternative approaches analytically.
5) Demonstrates high degree of creativity and advance analytical ability to identify opportunities.
6) Be able to provide support to teams in a multilingual / multicultural environment.
7) Ability to analyze trends and large data to get meaningful information.
8) Strong skills in time management, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
9) Proven ability to understand and follow complex instructions to successful conclusions.
10) Have clear understanding of COPC-2000 OSP Standard requirements.
11) Prior COPC Registered Coordinator Training is preferred

周末双休，9:00am-6:00pm
