Job description:
As a Professional Website Administrator (Dragonfly), you will provide expert knowledge and support to the front-lines of our Professional Hosting team. The Dragonfly will be in charge of handling all escalated hosting issues from the Professional Hosting or Inbound Customer Care teams, effectively serving as a Tier II escalation point. Along with support, the Dragonfly will be tasked with teaching and developing the knowledge of our teams.
Teamwork is key! As part of the Professional Hosting Services team, you will contribute to the training and education of customers. We are tasked with insuring that the precise information and resolution gets to the customer, so that they can get back to business! Required:
1) Efficient working knowledge of both Linux and Windows server environments
2) Must have advanced understanding of c Panel, Plesk, and WordPress
3) Must be able to provide excellent customer service to customers on escalated technical issues.
4) Organized tracking of potential and ongoing known issues, and be the point of contact for ITOC reviews
5) Must be able to handle elevated customer support interactions as needed
6) Comfortable talking with developers, managers and customers and respecting their various levels of
technical knowledge
7) Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
8) Ability to Multi-task
9) Knowledge with Scripting Languages and Database Management
10) Knowledge with Installation, Configuration and Operation of CMS applications
11) Knowledge of Control Panel Management
12) Basic Knowledge of Server Administration
Working time:
9:00-18:00, Monday-Friday
