职位描述:
1) Lead Process Training team to support customer service delivery in customer care/technical support account ;
2) Work with client closely to make sure training quality meet their requirement;
3) Close cooperate with delivery on improving CSAT and other metrics.
4) Responsible for working with customers to define business and performance issues relating to professional and skills development needs. Drive a good team spirit through proactive communication and coaching in line with policies and procedures
5) Responsible for the design and delivery of blended learning solutions.
6) responsible for applying knowledge of current learning models; determining the best instructional strategy using knowledge of adult learning theory to meet customer learning expectations; gathering, reviewing, and validating customer requirements; identifying and understanding client objectives and user requirements; acquiring and understanding client source materials to enable organizing content into meaningful learning chunks; creating design documents as deliverables within the content development process; writing scripts; developing test items; and/or creating course materials.
7) Responsible for all activities related to learning tools and/or technologies selection, implementation and support.
8) Recognizes and analyzes training related problems.
9) Lead and Manage COPC deployment and maintenance in Process Training line ;
10) Lead/Support other Training initiatives

Required
1) Bachelor's Degree
2) At least 5 years experience in Call center training management experience or Center Training
3) Management experience.
4) 20+ Courses delivery
5) English: Fluent
6) Chinese simplified: Fluent ;
7) Knowledge COPC deployment and operationalization, COPC coordinator certification is a plus
8) Good functional knowledge of MS office tools.
9) Good leadership and interpersonal skills
10) Good team player

周末双休,9:00am-6:00pm
