BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Assistant Brand Manager should
?Be responsible for understanding the brand’s strategy and executing marketing plans.
?Be capable to define the brand’s pricing, packaging, trade merchandising, promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly.
?Have solid knowledge of Kraft manufacturing network and process.
?Execute marketing initiatives in support of strategies through leadership of the business unit team.
?Be accountable for delivering the product development & launch planning & execution independently.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
NPD Project Management
?Responsible for gather and preparation for NPD process inputs;
?Organize and lead cross function teams for NPD developments
?Initiate and implement NPD related research projects
?Propose product, packaging, and process solutions that addresses trade/consumer needs
?Ensure on time and on budget delivery of approved NPD projects
Communication Development
?Support planning process by gathering and analysing category, consumer, customer and brand knowledge as required.
?Coordinate agencies to deliver approved launch plans, including advertising copy, IMC activities, sampling and promotion activities.
?Manage launch preparation and communication process for sales organization to ensure successful execution of NPD launch.
Process Management
?Responsible for ensuring compliance with company process and procedures, including product costing, packaging, pricing, budgeting and payment process, etc..
Business Analysis
?Own tracking and monitoring of NPD performances; able to identify issues or opportunities and propose appropriate actions.
?Support annual business planning process. Perform required data pull and analysis.
?Support ad-hoc business requests. Prepared to perform extra tasks when required.
Compliance
Know the legal and compliance responsibilities of the position; lead ethically and model compliant behaviour; maintain an environment where employees are encouraged to speak up without fear of retaliation; ensure employees in area of responsibility understand the compliance responsibilities of their jobs and actively participate in the compliance program.
Safety, Security & Environment
Support and actively participate in the sites Safety, Security and Environment Management systems and programs to drive a safe working culture that complies with regulatory and Mondelēz’s standards and delivers zero accidents.
KNOW HOW, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE FOR THIS POSITION
Education, qualifications and training
?Degree in Business, preferable
?Undergraduate or Above
Experience or skills required
?2 - 3 years of related working experience in marketing function
?Experiences of launching new products, grow existing products is preferred.

?Good data analysis skill
?Handle multiple tasks with good priority setting.
