职位描述
一、岗位职责：
1. Coordinate the activities in developing both installation and maintenance manuals for release across Asia Pacific.
2. Source material from PDC (China, Korea & India), Escalator & Elevator factory, Installation & Maintenance as necessary to allow for the development of manuals – including graphics illustrations, circuit diagrams, pictures/photos.
3. Write and/or obtain specific component and location related process steps related to each segment of the maintenance or installation activity.
4. Maintain project program and issue draft manuals for review with Campus Director and other project team members.
5. Upload all completed manuals to Share Point and send out release notification to countries
6. Develop and deliver technical training courses as required by Training Managers.
7. Plan and deliver courses in accordance with the training program.
8. Analyze and understand training needs of Functional Business Groups.
9. Other activities as given by Campus Director.
二、岗位要求：
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering
2.At least 3 years of experience in training and development and experience in service and installation is preferred.
3.Fluent in Mandarin and English both written and spoken
4.Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint & Microsoft Excel
5.Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and professional training skills
