Job Description:
? Works with C&B and external consultant to regularly maintain salary competitiveness in the market including direct and indirect labors;
? Assists to design recruitment strategies to attract talents and build company career brand;
? Culture building among employees in sustaining Key Behaviors & the Core Values;
? Co-sharing the work on ISO creation within the plant to attain targeted objectives;
? Coordinate with U.S. Headquarters to manage and maintain SAP HRIS data integrity;
? Works with Health and Safety Committee to design HR initiatives for the program;
? Sets up policies & procedural manual for the manufacturing plant;
? Drives the team to assist management for Lean Manufacturing Culture;
? Payroll computation, IIT administration and co-ordination on tax equalization treatment for all concerned;
? Employee Advocate: Manage employees conflicts, disputes and/ or grievances. Enhance staff communications and relations.
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or above;
? A minimum of 8 years HR experience, preferred manufacturing industry in multinational corporation;
? 3 years or above senior supervisory or manager responsibility;
? Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively on day to day HR & Admin services;
? Good written and spoken English and Mandarin is required;
? A good team player with excellent collaboration skills;
? Must be a self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Computer skills literacy, knowledge or experience in SAP will be a definite advantage
