职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies project resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day IT operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Provide support to project team members
- Effectively applies project management methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Lead and manage project communications, including project meetings, management presentation, status update report, timely and effectively.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, stored and communicated appropriately.
- Ensure that all programs/projects are effectively planned, executed, managed, monitored and documented and the delivered solutions are deployed as intended within the business.
- Proactively monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project targets and outputs
- Co-operate and coordinate with Regional Center & Global IT departments as required and maximize the collective benefits of these interactions to the Group.
- Contribute to the development of new applications within the business in terms of performing project planning, analysis and presenting business plans.
- Perform coordination functions in the deployment of new applications
- Generally contribute to the efforts and mission of the IT department within TKE as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in business(Information Managemen), Engineering or Computer science is required.
- At least 5 years of solid IT Project Management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited to working within a decentralized matrix management structure
- Understanding of how to integrate and maximize resources, build and leverage strategic partnerships with vendors.
- Proficient in project management software/tools
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
