职位描述
Responsibilities
1) CUSTOMER PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
2) PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
? Co-management responsibility for Product Delivery process
? Delivery Management accordingly to sales demand
? Visibility
? Production Planning and Buffer stock control
? Manufacturing execution systems (MES) utilization
3) PRODUCTION ECONOMY
? Responsible to make monthly rolling cost centre forecast, and follow actual cost vs. planned cost.
? To develop costing system in co-operation with the finance department
? To monitor main costs, Key Performance Indicators and to make improvement
4) MACHINERY AND EQUIPMENT
? To monitor the usage and condition of production machinery
? To improve equipment's cycle times, yields and flexibility for better performance
? To look for improvements and technical developments for better effectiveness
5) QUALITY
? To attend and arrange FMEA meetings to prevent the problems beforehand
? To improve Internal and External DPM's in co-operation with quality team
6) PURCHASING
? Purchasing of production equipment, consumables and some investments
7) PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
8) SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT
? To consider EHS issues in planning new applications or changes in the production
? To audit the different areas with EHS engineer and to make improvement plans
Job requirements:
1) Education and experience
? M.Sc./B.Sc. in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and the following competences:
? Adequate experience from multinational companies in piece goods manufacturing or mobile handheld production,
? Strong experience in production planning and control,
? Experience in production related modules of ERP operation control system
? Experience in cost definition and efficiency improvement with production processes,
2) Competence requirements
? Strategy planning
? Roadmap planning
? Leadership in teamwork
? Fluent written and spoken English
? Negotiation skill
? Contractual skills
? MSc in sourcing related discipline, Mobile Phone industrial experience expected.
? Basic financial concept& skills for budget & cost
