 Overall objective of the Position 

• Conduct and keep a good market intelligence for the company in Senior Housing Industry. Undertake the financial analysis of potential deals. Has the responsibility to generate leads of business development.

 Main Responsibilities        ·           

•  Conduct market research in the Senior Housing Industry by monitoring market developments and collecting market intelligence ·           
•  Assist conducting project feasibility report ·          
•  Coordinate projects with partners, consulting firms and local government if necessary ·          
•  Conduct pro forma analysis for the projects ·       
•  Other jobs related to the project     

 Qualifications and Experience            ·       

•   At least 1 year real estate experience or consulting experience ·    
•   Strong financial and analytical skills ·      
•   Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
•   Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently
•   Ability to understand and communicate in both English and Chinese, both verbally and written. ·      
•   Ability to travel around China ·          
•   Real estate consulting or senior housing experience preferred
