职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints and improve internal product quality
1. Work together with manufacturing team to produce product that meets customer expectations.
2. Maintain and troubleshoot analytical equipment
3. Establish and implement quality control plan including in-coming, in-process and outgoing quality audits.
4. Collect and analyze statistical process control data for process and product performance reporting and improvement.
5. Issue, maintain and update quality assurance procedure and ensure proper execution in related focused factory.
6. Assist vendor/supplier quality management.
7. Handle product quality complaints including international product quality complaints and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
8. Lead a team of quality staff in developing quality plans in the company.
9. Champion the ISO 9001, 5S, Six Sigma Program and other applicable Quality Programs.
10. Hire, train and develop quality technicians and provide leadership to the team.
11. Plan and manage quality reviews of audits, and where applicable, maintain third party certification requirement, e.g. ISO 9000 and ISO14000
12. Measure and report quality indices pertaining to 3M overall product and service quality level. Recommend to management targets and drive the development/improvement plans.
13. Perform any other duties as assigned by the next level management.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in chemistry / mechanical engineering
2. 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment and/or previous supervisory experience is desired.
3. Basic statistical knowledge and practice, such as MSA, SPC and process capability assessment, Possess knowledge and experience on Quality Engineering; Possess strong interpersonal/communication skills; Proficient in written and spoken English; Computer literate.
4. Possess strong leadership quality and dynamic personality.
5. Good communication skill
6. Work independently and under pressure
