Responsibilities：
？ The primary focus is to manage and facilitates process of candidate selection, interviewing, background check and job offer etc.
？ Continuously explore market best practices to optimize recruitment channels ensuring a robust candidate pipeline.
？ Track the recruitment status to ensure the openings are fulfilled in time.
？ Manage the employee lifecycle process such as onboarding, exit, transfer etc.
？ Partner with line managers to operate day-to-day people managements and drive employee engagement
？ Work with HR teams to coordinate the on-site delivery of employee training and activities.

Requirements：
？ Bachelor degree or above.
？ 6+ years of recruiting experience in MNC, with experience in HR industry preferred.
？ Proactive, responsible, and Customer Service orientation.
？ Good communication skills.
？ Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
？ Good command of English.
