Description：

    Project manager is a key player in consulting practice. Project manager will integrate a project team where you will have full responsibility to successfully deliver the project. Project manager will work closely with Account Manager to maintain client relationship.
- Define client’s business issue
- Develop overall frameworks to solve client’s business issue 
- Day-to-day monitoring and management of project team
- Provide problem-solving and hypotheses generation support to team 
- Conduct or lead interviews with experienced or senior people
- Take the lead to generate solutions or recommendations for client’s issue
- Communicate with client team and maintain good client relationship
- Ensure the quality of delivery
- Ensure the company risk control code is fully complied
- Support the business development, including scoping, quotation, proposal development, bidding and tendering, etc.
- Coach junior team members both on job-training or class training
- Review the performance of team members and instantly provide effective feedback to help team member’s development
- Develop own expertise in interested industrial sectors and function areas 

Qualifications：
- Undergraduate or master’s degree / MBA from a reputed domestic or overseas university 
- With 4-7 years of work experience from a consulting or research institution or similar corporate position 
- Extensive project experience in one of such sectors - healthcare & life science, consumer goods & retail, auto, TMT, finance service, etc.
- Skilled in the development of creative solutions from strategic, management to research topics
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Chinese
- Willingness to work under pressure and meet the deadline
- Willingness to travel
