JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 Respond to client user requests through Lazada Open Platform Tickets, DataMoat requests and Internal chat applications

 Ability to diagnose an issue and route it to appropriate team when unable to resolve on your own 

 Ability to assist with new user onboarding and setup 

 Analysis and verification of user requests based on Lazada security guidelines 

 Ability to assist with client troubleshooting and resolutions 

 Ability to escalate and follow up on issues resolution 

 Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects and tickets simultaneously 

 Strong communication skills both oral and written

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems

Minimum of five years related computer experience 

 Experience in the ecommerce industry is a plus 

 Knowledge of basic information security concept is a plus i.e. authentication & authorization concept, password policy , encryption, 

 Must possess a good communication skills 

 Self driven and proactive 

 Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
