Main Responsibilities：

· Using accounting software to prepare books and records, ensure integrity of financial data and adherence to all control policies and procedures

· Undertake accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and applicable local regulations

· Ensure the accounting and tax compliance with respect to local China regulatory reporting and assist in the compliance with business statutory regulations

· Prepare monthly cash flow report and other required documents for the US treasury office

· Work with PRC Tax advisers and the US Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate filings of local country tax filing requirements

· Assist external auditors with preparation of audit files and other supporting documentation

· Assist with business registration set-up and maintenance.

· Assist in the treasury function for the local entities, as need, including multiple currency, cash management, debt compliance and risk management and foreign exchange rate issues.

· Monitor AP and AR, issue the invoices

· Company contracts review, filing and input into Ufida system.

Qualifications And Requirements:

Education(level and major): Bachelor degree major in accounting or related

Experience (years):1-3 years in foreign company

Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:

· English level CET 6

· has accountant certificate

· be responsible for the job, careful and stable.
