职位描述：
Under general supervision, develops software and automated unit tests according to specifications from higher level staff.
Under general supervision, creates component level design documents.
Makes suggestions for problem solutions or software enhancements.
Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or above and a 6 - 10 years of related experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to program in Java
                                              Ability to use HTML/CSS
                                              Ability to use common data structures and algorithms
                                             Ability to write automated unit tests and follow other technical disciplines
                                             Be familiar with Hibernate
                                             Knows JSF (optional)
                                             Understands common development process
                                             Be familiar with at least one of popular databases

                                   Communication skills in both Mandarin and English
