BU Description
Concentrix BJ development Lab comes from IBM CDL(China Development Lab) GPS (Global Process Services) Asset team, and it’s formally established in May.1st, 2014. The objective of Concentrix BJ development Lab is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content - using common components, standard processes and a common platform.
In Concentrix BJ development team, you will have chance to:
1) Work on latest technologies and understand new business model;
2) Work on customer solutions from which you can understand how different 3rd party products(SAP) working together to implement customers' requirements;
3) Work in a fast growing team with smart people;
4) Practice Agile development process.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for management of all the Testing functions include planning, strategy, testing execution and tools for their respective areas;
2) Apart from being functionally strong, the test lead is expected to be a SME over the period of time;
3) Test leaders recognize when test automation is appropriate;
4) Guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites;
5) They should be involved in configuration management of the test ware produced and traceability of the tests to the test basis. And they should also make sure that the test environment is put into place before test execution starts;
6) Monitor test execution, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions;
7) Oversees, point of escalation for the defect tracking for all testing phases (update, follow-up and escalate overdue issues) ;
8) Organize the status meetings with their team members and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly etc.).
[Required]:
1) Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
2) Responsible for management of all the Testing functions include planning, strategy, testing execution and tools for their respective areas;
3) Apart from being functionally strong, the test lead is expected to be a SME over the period of time;
4) Test leaders should be in collaboration with all the stakeholders, devise the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans;
5) Test leaders recognize when test automation is appropriate;
6) Guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites.
[Preferred]:
1) Regular degree/diploma in Information Technology, B.E, B. Tech, BCA / MCA, BSCIT (would be given preference)
2) 8+ years in testing space;
3) Strong team player – must have handled a team of minimum 5 members;
4) Good in TC designing and peer reviews;
5) Must have handled projects from start to end.
