Quality Assurance Manager
Job description:
1. Audit system management for all departments, i.e. incl package flow, MRD (Material Development) processes etc.
2. Conduct FMEA analysis and training.
3. Audit of QI system within external suppliers (both upper and material suppliers) triggered by KPI results.
5. Implement new or changes to procedures.
6. Re training as a result of audit.
7. Root Cause Analysis - (8D(8 disciplines of problem solving)/A3) Market Quality Claim & Escalation of Intercompany Claim Management
8. Reporting standardization - interdepartmental.
9. Follow up on Process Audit and Action Plans.
10. Process Mapping on work task level.
11. Group Process Information (HPI (Headquarter Product Information) for process change).
12. Control Plan Management.
13. Layer System Audit.
14. Capabilities Studies - Machinery and process.
15. Management of Document Audit.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. At least 10 years of experience in the field of Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
3. Hands on experience/knowledge of Lean, 8D/A3, 6-sigma methodologies and ISO 9000.
4. Fluent English communicator.
