Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
?Responsible for the analysis of forecast, budget, actuals, and business dynamics
?Responsible for interacting with the geographies on the forecast, actuals, budget and business metrics
?Responsible for the development of forecast and budget variance analysis and provides business assessments on an on going basis
?Responsible for developing and delivering metrics and trending analysis to support the frequency of the financial reporting demands.
?Responsible for designs, prepares, and presents detailed analysis of business issues and recommended solutions to management team
?Responsible for increasing the support efforts of ongoing challenges by providing independent review and challenge of functional cost base


Qualifications
?At least 4 years of related work experience involving accounting, financial/business analysis or planning
?Strong analytical and process improvement abilities
?Excellent communication skills and desire to lead improvements
?Experience working in a deadline driven/high pressure environment
?Advanced Excel / PowerPoint experience required

?At least 3 years experience in MNC

Business Unit Description
The objective of the Concentrix SH development Lab is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building industry focused software applications using common components, standard processes and a common platform. This business unit is primarily focused on designing, building, testing and maintaining applications for the life and health insurance industry environment.

Job Responsibilities:
As an insurance industry business analyst within our China development team, you will be working closely with the China development team and the USA development team. The role is particularly attractive as it utilizes your deep industry knowledge to provide designs and test the insurance applications. The role combines development and frequent communications with project management and other applications development personnel.

You will have significant business knowledge in the life, or health insurance industry. To be successful you will need to have played a major role in the delivery of business application development projects. In addition, strong English language skills are required.

You will have excellent project delivery skills and be regarded as a trusted advisor based on your insurance expertise. You are someone who is innovative and able to quickly gain respect and confidence from colleagues. Working in a global, large and multi-cultural environment is second nature for you.

[Required]:
At least 8 years experience as a business analyst. This experience typically includes formal requirements definition methods, mapping, gap analysis and software design
Industry experience in the life or health insurance sector
Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English

[Preferred]:
Passion for new technology, good team work and high responsibility
