Internet Sales & Service Consultant

Be a part of something special!
As an Internet Sales & Service Consultant, you are the first point of contact for our customers all over the world! Whether they are a restaurant owner in Hong Kong’s Kowloon District, a fashion blogger in Tokyo or any one of the millions of GoGetters that use our products and service lines, you are here to help them KICK ASS on the internet! They will look to you to provide technical support. They will seek your advice on products and services that will make their webpage the most bad ass version that it can be!

Do you have what it takes?
? Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses and consumers is a strong plus
具备互联网产品销售和服务经验，或者具备面向小型商家和客户的服务经验者，优先考虑。
? Consult, recommend and enable the right online product and service strategies to help customers with their business or personal needs
准确并有效地应答客户对我们产品及服务的咨询，推荐真正适用于其需求的产品或服务，以满足客户无论是商业相关或者私人相关的各种需求。
? Knowledge of internet, social media and/or small business is highly preferred
具备互联网、社交媒体或者小型商家运营相关知识和经验者，优先考虑。

? Excellent spoken and written communication
具备卓越的口头及书面沟通能力
Strong interpersonal skills to include proven rapport building and sales techniques
具备优秀的人际交往和沟通能力以及高超的销售技巧
? Ability to deliver stellar customer service across multiple channels of contact including phone, email and chat
