职位描述：
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and demonstrated knowledge of technical and operational accounting functions, global consolidations, revenue recognition, cost accounting, financial statements, reconciliations, month-end close/reporting, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Manage all aspects of general accounting, monitoring revenue recognition.
2.Review, analysis & integrity of financial statements, reconciliations and month-end close/reporting process.
3.Proper treatment and compliance of all accounting transactions under US GAAP and PRC GAAP
4.Financial reviews and flux analysis.
5.Key interface with Financial Operations for activities related to the financial statements
6.Coordination and principal liaison for the Statutory compliance and quarter-end reviews and support
7.Providing schedules for audit review and SEC filings
8.Establish controls and ensure compliance to those controls (to include working closely with Internal Audit).
9.Is responsible for compiling and filing corporate taxes for all the legal entities.
10.Working capital forecasting
11.Implementation and oversight of accounting systems.
12.Maintaining metrics
13.Special projects.
14.Supervise shared services team
15.Effectively partner with peer groups

Desired Skills and Experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1.CPA or equivalent with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA or MS in Accounting desired) plus a minimum 10 years related accounting and finance experience with increasing responsibilities in multinational distribution/manufacturing company including 3 – 5 years public accounting experience.
2.In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and PRC GAAP; compliance with strong accounting orientation plus financial expertise with public entities.
3.Proven leadership skills inspiring great results with positive attitudes in a fast-paced, team environment with the ability to influence, train and mentor staff to achieve objectives.
4.Established, independent self-starter with a strong work ethic a proven track record of prioritizing workload, providing solutions and navigating through complex organizational structures, systems and processes.
5.Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills with solid background in identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations on various processes/strategies.
6.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
