Job Responsibilities
? Lead China Quality and Training teams (150+ HCs) to support all service delivery accounts. Quality and Training teams include but not limited to Process Training team, Transaction QA team, Delivery Excellence team, Total Quality Management team and etc.
? Manage and improve overall Quality and Training strategy and framework to serve the organization.
? Work with delivery teams and function teams closely to assure client satisfaction and SLA fulfillment.
? Interact with client to manage escalation.
? Lead the trouble shooting during critical situation when it’s required.
? Manage Lean Six Sigma program and develop more Black Belts for the organization. Mentor and Coach Six Sigma Black Belt projects.
? Lead and Manage COPC deployment and maintenance in Quality and Training lines.
? Provide high quality analysis to support customer service delivery by using Six Sigma and Quality statistics
? Drive Quality and Training initiatives, such as Best Practice Sharing
? Provide Training and Quality solutions to new deals
? Lead/Support other Training and Quality initiatives
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
? At least 10 years quality experience and 5 years operation management experience
? Knowledge of ISO 9000/COPC deployment and operationalization, ISO lead auditor certification is a must. COPC coordinator certification is a plus
? Demonstrated ISO/COPC experience.
? Six Sigma Black Belt certification is a must. Mast Black Belt certification is a plus.
? Excellent communication skills - Fluent spoken and written English
? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
? Excellent Presentation Skills
? Strong Analytical Skills – Minitab and Excel.
? Excellent Project Management Skills
? Good functional knowledge of MS office tools.
? Travel – on business needs
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
? Bachelor's degree, Master degree is preferred.
