职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

? Serve as Primary contact for compliance matters concerning Shared Services, and Operational Delivery at China
? Study the contracts signed with Clients, and ensure contractual compliance for all controls
? Work closely with internal legal teams with external law firms to develop on compliance requirements pertaining to the existing lines of business and potential lines of business
? Ensure that security, privacy and fraud incidents are handled in accordance with the Global Incident and Fraud Management process
? Conduct & support investigations including but not limited to analytics of logs/ data/ reports from clients, interviews of CNX staff, etc.
? Work closely with Location HR to ensure disciplinary actions are in taken in-line with local requirements
? Ensure that any actions arising from incidents are tracked to closure for the entire location in accordance with client contractual requirements
? Responsible for Effectiveness of Process Controls & Efficiency and achievement of overall process compliances in all domains like Operational security, Physical security, HR security, etc.
? Understand and implement Concentrix internal compliance requirements
? Ensure checks and balances are set within delivery organizations to ensure compliance like compliance governance program, etc.
? Work closely with clients audit teams with respect to external audits and ensure 100% pass rate on all these audits
? Drive education of all stakeholders with regular connect calls that includes calibration with the POC for all accounts, Location HRP and Location Leader.
? Participate in weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly reviews of each competency/ location and drive controls related discussions.
? If any gaps are identified by CNX internal or external auditors/ reviewers, drive action planning and execution of action plans.



STRATEGIC INPUTS / SKILLS REQUIRED

? Should have a degree/diploma in Law and/ or, Quality certifications and Operational Compliance Experience
? A strong inclination for audit and compliance
? Should be well versed with the Laws pertaining to China 举报 分享
