Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Media specialist to join our global digital service team. This role supports our global business across multiple territories and channels. The role holder supports CNX to develop new business with local clients, deep engage with our clients for DM strategy planning and implementation, resolve the clients’ business challenges, drive continuous improvement and makes our clients more competitive in their local market.

Key Responsibilities
? Build and maintain solid relationship with client digital marketing managers
? Engage with digital marketing managers in developing digital marketing strategy that meets or exceeds business goals
? Support digital marketing managers for coordinating with local agencies to ensure digital campaign are tracked and delivering to agreed objectives
? Explore opportunities to further improve digital marketing results and maximize ROI for our clients
? Development/knowledge of optimized digital media channels including Paid Search, Paid Social Media, Email marketing, Video, Mobile (in-application) etc.
? Continuously feedback on the best practices of digital media including all copy, content, banners, landing pages and sites pages etc.
? Leverage CNX’s analytics, market research and content management resources to Identify new business opportunities for CNX
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
? Proven experience in digital marketing within ecommerce, digital B2C/B2B environments
? Proven experience in performance driven digital marketing; campaign set up, optimization, management and reporting across channels (Web, Email, Social etc.)
? Proven experience in working closely with a variety of media agencies across channels
? Strong knowledge and/or experience using technology such as Adobe AEM, Adwords or any platforms/tools digital marketing relevant. Adobe DTM will be considered as a plus
? Proactive with excellent communication in both verbal and written. Multilingual is an advantage but not essential
? Able to write business proposal and support to develop business solutions
? Able to travel, prioritize and work to tight deadlines
? Organized, hands-on and great attention to detail
? Passion for digital marketing and drive to stay up to date with digital trends and updates
? Team management experience is a plus for this job
