Description:
1) This role is a requirement to meet the contact center security responsibilities share by the customer. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting CCSR, BCP/DR and SR related activities for the contact center.
2) Prime job responsibility of Contact Center Security DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) is to address customer security & regulatory requirements. Contact center DRI gathers customer security requirements as per the contract and or as agreed by the relevant parties, analyzes the requirements, maps the customer security requirements with Concentrix(CNX) deployed controls and responds to customer and Concentrix management appropriately on compliances.
3) The incumbent will necessarily have to interact with various internal teams and GEO security SPOCs and colleagues from various functions to manage security and regulatory deliverables towards Customer requirements and CNX Internal standards.
4) The Security Manager has the following responsibilities within the scope.
5) Support implementation and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and practices to provide protection for the facility, information, equipment and personnel in accordance with Customer requirement.
6) Identify risks, research and deploy state-of-the-art technology solutions and innovative security management techniques.
7) Participate and support in evaluation of existing security systems and programs, and implement new or improved projects and procedures to close any identified deficiencies or gaps.
8) Perform site level technical and information security activities including security education; document and material classification and control and records management. (May be an Information Technology function and individual performing duties.)
9) Maintain and enhance compliance to customer security requirements.
10) Conduct internal assessment covering all aspects of customer requirements and at the expected periodicity.
11) Review personnel Security program, including pre-employment screenings, clearance processing and maintenance, visitor control, vendor security and internal investigations.
12) Provide incident management support to global security team.
13) Support customer assessments and catalyze prompt closures of corrective actions plan.
14) Ensure that budgets, schedules, and performance standards/requirements are set and attained.
Job Role
1) Drive the implementation of CCSR requirement, global security directives and guidelines, complement with local security instructions if needed.
2) Conduct various internal audits across functions to strengthen the security practice.
3) Inform the corporate Security DRI with regional updated and progress on security initiatives
4) Implementation of CCSR, global security directives and guidelines.
5) Participate in security incidents support and investigations in accordance with the Information Security Incident Handling Process and Investigation Framework.
6) Facilitate Quarterly risk assessments based on business requirements, agreements and activities.
7) Provide Business Continuity Management (BCM) subject matter expertise and support local implementation and maintenance activities.
8) Provide assistance to enterprise information security program.
9) Drive security awareness activities amongst all personnel at the contact centre.
10) Perform specialized security training for target groups.
11) Assess threats, risks, and vulnerabilities(Weekly) from emerging security issues.
12) Participate in contact centre security standards and guidelines for system configuration.
13) Perform and create procedures for system security audits, penetration-tests, and vulnerability assessments.
14) Ability to work independently and coordinate cross function at a senior level.
15) Build & maintain documentation for all procedures, as required to continually improve levels of service & efficiency and meet quality standards.

Educational qualifications & work experience
1) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Have 5-8 years of experience in a similar profile in ITES/BPO environment;
2) Formal Security training (certificate) or equivalent, any of the following certificates would be a definite advantage, BSI ISO/IEC 27001:2013, CISSP, CISA;
3) Minimum five years’ experience in a security related role, including: Risk Management, Information-, Personnel-, Physical security, Business continuity planning, Disaster recovery and Crisis Management;
4) Experience working with law enforcement or government agencies – knowledgeable in regulatory issues relating to security;
5) Experience working on Open directory, iOS/MAC Security technologies;
6) IS/IT competence;
7) Experience in planning and managing strategic security programs.
8) Knowledge in security products & solutions i.e Mobile device management, Vulnerability assessment, Data leakage prevention;
9) Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001:2013.
