职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. General Implementing Lean production to help the company's development；
2. Special company improvement project, Guide and supervise the successful completion of the project. Lead the department improvement project, to achieve department cost reduction goals
3. Continue improve the efficiency of mass production model to achieve labor saving target.
4. Lead different types of plant improvement activities for the development of the company.
5. Keep track and coordinate Lean projects
6. Provide Lean training and promote Lean culture.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in IE or Automation Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2. At least 3 years relevant experience
3. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, writing is plus
4. Have lean or six Sigma project experiences
5. Have presentation skills, communication skills as lean project leader.


职责
1.执行精益生产项目以推动公司发展
2.引导并推动公司的改善项目，以达到成本节省的目标
3.持续改善量产的产品的效率
4.领导不同类型的工厂改善活动
5.跟踪并协调公司的其他改善项目
6.提供精益生产培训，推动精益文化

要求
工业工程，机械，电子专业
3年以上相关工作经验
