1、中专或中技以上学历，化工机械或机械设备专业；
2、工作认真负责，现场动手能力强，具备良好的沟通、协调、团队合作能力；
3、持相关证书优先：特种设备操作证（压力容器/管道/锅炉等）、焊工证、钳工证、技师证优先；

1、负责化工厂区内现场动、静设备/设施的日常巡检、预防性维护保养及检修，如压力容器、换热器、安全阀、管道、阀门、过滤器、泵、搅拌器、空压缩机组、冷冻机组、柴油发电机组、空调设备、蒸汽锅炉、消防设备等；
2、根据设备维/施年度维护保养计划，对现场设备/设施实施预防性维护保养、检查与测试，并及时报告设备之运转状况、异常状况，以便及修复。
3、跟踪和保持现场设备/设施始终在良好的工作状态，主动地参与预见性维修和设备改善工作，检查和提出设备潜在的隐患和合理化建议，并及时发现和解决现场设备故障；
4、能够按照公司维修规程，工作指导书和HS&E(健康、安全、环保)要求，有效地组织、监督现场承包商员工，完成机械设备的检验维修和项目改造工作；
5、记录设备故障和解决方法，协助管理设备备品/备件，搜集并完善设备资料；

5、必要的专业英语技能（能够看懂英文图纸）
