主要职责
1.Focus in product management of STC (Small Tonnage Chiller) product in Asia chiller market
2.Coordinate with global STC PM team, to define the product road map and product development plan, to meet region and global business needs
3.Drive the business by making good decisions and influencing the others in the organizations
4.Manage the product lifecycle by closely working with sales marketing, factory and engineering team
5.Deliver and maintain the qualified internal documentary to support product launch and sales, such as product literatures and sales tools, etc
6.Maintain effective knowledge & best practice sharing within the global product team
7.Motivate the team and gain the support and resource in the organizations
8.Compliance with company ethics policy and other regulations and related EHS, quality policy.
9.Ensure a safe and clean working environment, and implement the company policies on safety and environmental-protection
10.Effective communicate and collaborate with all the related depts

任职条件:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.7 years of BAS or HVAC related experience in product or program management, marketing, or sales is required.
3.Good understanding on the HAVC market and related products, as well as technology and applications
People Management skill (able to identify and work on people's strength and weakness)
Project Management skill - able to pull resources from different teams
Strong communication and persuasion skill
Financial skill in good understanding on costing and pricing
Well organized
Good in prioritization
Collaboration with other organizations
Fluent English in speaking and writing
