A. PRIMARY PURPOSE (WHY DOES THIS JOB EXISTS)
A new learning center in Wuxi new factory has been set up. A Talent Development Specialist is needed to do coordination and general administration of training activities in the new Wuxi Learning Center.

B. PRIMARY DUTIES:
1. Provide administrative support to various training to be conducted in China Learning Center (Wuxi). Duties include but not limited to scheduling, training announcement, nomination, registration, equipment arrangement, catering, training materials, facility booking, evaluation and training fee cross-charging.
2. Work with China service to manage and control all the Asia TA&D tools in the center. This would require the up keeping of the asset register and ensure that any borrowing of tools or equipment to local service is controlled and everything is operational and available for training courses.
3. Responsible for Asia-wide learning data integrity within the Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities include accuracy of new and existing LMS data and all related descriptive data such as instructor, site, and billing information per TA&D regional business standards.
4. Provide training report and center utilization report on an ad-hoc basis.
5. Assist to manage assigned regional TA&D programs and ensures projects are on track.

C. EDUCATION, TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum diploma qualification
2. At least 3 years working experience in training or administration work
3. A passion on training
4. Good communication skills
5. Well versed in Microsoft suite of applications
6. Attention to details and won’t feel bored for repetitive work
7. Minimum travel needed but may be required to attend regional meeting some time
8. Effectively bi-lingual in English & Mandarin
