General Position Summary:
Responsible for advanced testing technology introduction in production development& manufacturing activities. Develop &optimize the production test programs and fixtures.

Responsibilities:
To coordinate with plant Continuous Improvement Team(Mfg Engineering team) to determine testing strategy & planning.
Work with customer to determine test strategy for NPI.
Participates on new product development teams to make sure testability is designed into new products.
Provide support to manufacturing activities in the company on new testing technology &process.
Develops and implements various engineering programs on maintenance, equipment upgrading & related projects.
Support the mfg activities on test process and improve test specs based on that process.
Ensure products manufactured are in compliance with customer requirements.
Supports production by providing on-going technical support.
Initiate projects leading to machine downtime minimization and test equipment optimization.

Requirements:
Technical / Science degree with minimum 8 years working experience or equivalent
Possess good teamwork, communication, project management & leadership skills
Able to generate new & innovative solutions to complex problems.
Posses in-depth knowledge in automatic testing technology (design, fabrication& acceptance.) on dimensional/Physical & chemical/welding strength measurement and functional & reliability testing.
Be familiar with automatic testing knowledge and tools.
Have automatic testing designing experience.
Skilled at defining and writing test specifications and procedures.
