职位描述：

1、协助总经理做好协调各部门工作和处理日常事务；Assist GM to coordinate each department and deal with daily works;

2、负责公司人力资源工作的规划，建立并执行招聘、培训、考勤、劳动纪律等人事程序或规章制度；responsible for Human Resource planning of the company, build up the procedures or regulation for recruit, training, attendance, discipline and so on, and carry out.

3、负责制定和完善公司岗位编制，做好各岗位的职位说明书，并根据公司职位调整进行相应的更新；Responsible for making and improving work position system, make the JD of each position, and update in time based on the adjustment decided by the company.

4、负责制定公司及各个部门的培训计划和培训大纲，经批准后实施，并检查实施效果; Responsible for making the training plan and program, after approved, put into implementation and check the result.

5、负责拟定部门薪酬制度和方案，建立行之有效的激励机制；responsible for making the salary system of each department, and build up the effective motivation system.

6、制定绩效评价政策，组织实施绩效管理，并对各部门绩效评价过程进行监督和控制; responsible for making the performance evaluation policy, and organize the implementation, supervise and control the procedure of performance evaluation in each department.

8、负责公司内外公文及人事档案资料的管理工作; Responsible for the internal and external official files management, HR files management.
9、配合其他部门做好员工思想工作，受理并及时解决员工投诉和劳动争议事宜；support other departments to do the mind education work, deal with the employee’s complains and labor dispute.

岗位要求：

1、本科以上学历，英语熟练。Bachelor and above, fluent English ability

2、受过管理、人事等方面的培训。Management system and HR knowledge

3、至少2年以上人事管理岗位工作经验。 More than 2 years HR management position work experience

4、熟练操作办公软件和办公自动化设备。 Familiar with office software and office devices

5、有良好的团队合作精神，有敬业精神；good team cooperation spirit

6、较强的观察力和应变能力，良好的判断力和沟通能力。Better outsight and strain capacity, better communication skill

7、较强的沟通能力及文笔能力。Highly communication ability and writing ability.
