Responsibilities:

1.aprove in collaboration with the PAPSO for NIP process
2.release suppliers quality claims (0 Km and warranty)
3.drive 8D analysis and actions plans follow up
4.Organize containment actions (sorting, selections, quality wall...)
5 Initiate and validate corrective and preventive actions with the suppliers for immediate containment actions
6.Ensure that the problems solving tools (8D – 5W –KT- PDCA...) are well applied by suppliers.
7. Escalate recurrent claims
8.Manage the process audits during serial productions.
9.Establish and monitor the overall annual planning for supplier product/process requalification
10.Organize regular reviews with the SQE network to share good practices and lessons learnt

Requirements:
1. Graduated from an engineering school ideally with a Bachelor degree,
2. Minimum 3 years experience of supplier quality management within the MNC company
3. Focused on results with strong ability to communicate?
4. Strong practice of VDA6.3 certifications?
5. Strong practice of Quality Problems Solving Tools (8D, 5W, PDCA, KT...)
6. Ability to work on a matrix organization?
7. Responsivness and problem resolutions skills in case of crisis?
8. English speaking mandatory
