Responsibility:
1. Overall management of new products and VAVE products launch
2. Focus on quality chain through engineering to MRR in NPI and VAVE
3. Check and make sure capable resources from each functions are in the developing team including SMTE/AME involving.
4. Deeply involve product development related process and verify the quality of FMEA/PTPR/Control plan
5. Approve the parts qualification and venders selection on quality perspective
6. Verify, assess and approve new product testing plan including function/reliability and field trial against related standards and policies.
7. Approves manufacturing readiness of new products
8. Sign and approve each gate of the new product development including product release
9. Ensure that all pro-active steps are taken to mitigate risks associated with new product launch

Requirement:
1. BSc or MSc in Engineering, Mechanics or a Science
2. 10 years working experience in the HVAC industry
3. Experience in volume products
4. Engineering/ME/quality background is required
5. The ability to adapt work practices, priorities, or procedures in response to changing conditions or multiple work demands is essential
6. Good verbal and written skills in English
