General Position Summary:
Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine shipping tasks. Compares identifying information on international shipments with purchase orders, invoices, or other documents. Report discrepancies from the shipping documents to supply chain counterpart and ECMS, maintain all shipping control logs, receive all shipments to appropriate country and location, and maintain current up to date incomplete purchase order files. Prepare and process appropriate paperwork and maintain related files. Assist factory with booking of container and vessel space from outbound goods where needed. Inspect and solve the problems when the goods ship out from factory to arrive the customer. Communicate with factory if there is any shortage or discrepancy after the customer received the goods. Help to solve the payment problem if the factory got the wrong payment.
Qualifications:
? A college degree is required, major in International Trading / Logistic / English / Management is preferred.
? 4+ year of experience in shipping or Logistic industry.
? Familiar with China Customs operation.
? Good communication with Customer, ECMS, nominated forwarder & vendors.
? Candidate with less experience may apply for Assistant.
