General Position Summary:
Manage the development schedule of new footwear products from the receipt of Tech Package through key stages and into commercialization. Maintains connectivity through to finished product.
Qualifications:
1. College or above in a business, engineering, industrial design or a similar field.
2. 4 years footwear experience in product creation with a global brand, 6 years experience if no degree.
3. A strong understanding of pattern engineering, costing, quality implications, model making, part drawings, customs, patents, and manufacturing processes.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Demonstrated skill in problem solving and results orientation.
