职位描述
Core Accountabilities:
? Weekly work with our development assistant in each factory to get an updated status about sample status. Summarize all the project status.
? Keep record for every shoe factory, component factory and mold shop for the lead time of the products or components making.
? Help to update the spec as needed for our factories.
? Download the design files for our direct development / L4L factories.
? Spend time to update specs based on the factory and PDX need.
? Seasonally update the development manual.
? Work with direct managers to setup the training schedule and record them in central files.
? Assist managers in new innovation projects planning.
? Help department managers to summarize factory development performance quarterly by setting up Balance Scorecard report.
? Weekly check all the files which need to be put in central files.
Qualifications:
? College gradate or above is required.
? 2 - 3 years working experience in footwear industry.
? Footwear process knowledge - general understanding about footwear production.
? Good communication skills.
? Computer reporting skill - able to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
? Team work spirit.
? The analytical requirements of the work - need good knowledge about the statistics.
? Well educated in spoken and written English.
? Self-motivated and willing to take challenges.
