POSITION SUMMARY
Finance analyst/associate manager to ensure quality, accurate of Oncology commercial business related accounting book based on business acumen; internal coordination to enhance system and streamline financial process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Understand expense components based on business acumen and keep expense monitoring for all A&P expenditures and ensure appropriate financial booking;
? Understand sales incentive plan and review the impact on financials during accrual and pay-out;
? Perform expense analysis: provide monthly management report by sub-department/region to business leaders and provide comments on the variance vs budget;
? Work closely with the business team, to provide financial partnership to ensure business daily operation and finance support on key initiatives implementation;
? Coordinate with cross functions to support system enhancement and drive improvement in process
? Ad-hoc project related to any financial process (budget management, contract management)
? Proactive risk management. Work with business team to find out the business opportunity or the mitigation for any risk arisen

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Mature with good influence capability
? Fluent English with strong business acumen
? Good communication, coordination and business skill with various levels in the organization
? Acceptable level of computer skill: Oracle and office application (Excel, PPT, etc)

DESIRABLE
? Finance, Accounting or Business Related Bachelor Degree and above
? 5 years or above accounting or FP&A experience, pharmaceutical companies would be a plus;
