Responsibilities:

·         Provide a comprehensive recruitment solution to line managers and ensure all vacancies are filled in the most expeditious and cost effective manner.

·         Taking full responsibility of recruiting process, including talent sourcing, face to face interview, offer proposal & negotiations, reference check, on boarding process, etc.

·         Manage and maintain recruiting channels and work with vendors to enhance recruiting efficiency.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree or above;

·         5+ years recruiting experiences, recruiting experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry or in the recruitment agency is preferred;

·         Good at mapping, talent pipeline, market intelligence;

·         Proactive in problem solving, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, teamwork, good learning capability;

·         Fluent in written and spoken English
