由于在中国的发展目标远大，Axchem需要一位新的业务经理来管理其在中国的技术和销售团队。这一发展将包括技术和商业两方面，并将扩大产品线和资源。

候选人将被要求对中国的造纸化学品业务，在不同的产品线和应用领域有深刻的理解。

她/他将直接熟悉造纸行业的主要客户、主要工厂、关键基础设施和主要竞争对手。

这一角色要求掌握造纸化学品市场的技术和商业方面。

理想的候选人将表现出极大的动力，提供实质性的业务发展，以及耐心和灵活性，以调整团队和活动，以适应非常激烈的市场需求

职位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，纸浆造纸、轻化工程、化学工程等相关专业

2、熟悉造纸化学品的应用知识，具备造纸化学品技术背景优先

3、10年及以上化工行业合资或外资企业的市场营销经验

4、流利英语，出色的口语和沟通表达

3、能够适应出差。
